Division Manager (Flourinated Industrial) Chemicals  – f/m

Accountabilities:
  • Drive Sales and Business Development activities of Fluorine Chemicals in Europe, US and India
  • Growth of both business value and team size
  • Product management of our portfolio in the European and US market
  • Samples management (Order, Documents, Quotation, Development request, Followup)
  • Regulatory and compliance of products (REACH, TSCA, MSDS etc.)
  • Generate and manage new projects with customers

Tasks

  • Sole responsibility for markets, market strategy, customers, sales and EBIT
  • Customer visits on a regular basis
  • New business development by acquisition of new customers
  • Preparation of Technical Documents (Presentations, TDS, MSDS)
  • Administration of Technical documentation (updating, adaption, filing)
  • Marketing measures i.e. conference, trade fair, advertisement, Internet representation
  • BA, MSc or equivalent, international studies and exchanges
  • Intercultural leadership experience and skills in US, EMEA and Asian environment
  • Professional communication and presentation skills in English, preferably in French, German is an advantage
  • At least 5 years automotive industry experience with verifiable sales successes
  • Technical + product related knowledge, ideally in HVAC/Thermal Management business
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a dynamic and frequently stressful environment
Skills
  • Sales experience in the Fluorine chemicals market
  • Industrial contacts and proven record of successful sales
  • Technical degree as an engineer, chemist or technician
  • German, English mandatory
  • Office and presentation skills
