International Market Segment Manager (f/m/d)



As part of the Axiometrix Solutions Marketing team, the Market Segment Manager (MSM) will develop the global marketing and sales enablement strategies to drive the imc Test and Measurement business in core vertical markets and countries. The MSM will collaborate with a diverse and geographically dispersed cross functional team to ensure the execution of these strategies. The MSM will work with other MSM’s at Audio Precision (U.S.) and GRAS Acoustics (Denmark) to drive joint business among the brands and to grow in common vertical markets and applications. Management of 2 (two) direct reports.

Your Role: 

  • Develop digital and traditional marketing campaigns that
  • Increase brand awareness and preference in high potential geographies
  • Meet Marketing’s success metrics, which are tied with growth in orders
  • Create sales enablement tools for internal and external sales partners/distributors to grow qualified leads and sales globally, in collaboration with the Partner Marketing Manager (PMM)
  • Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process
  • Lead by example

Business Management

  • Grow awareness, sales qualified leads, marketing qualified leads, based on well-defined KPI and guided by Return on Investment (ROI) data
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development) to execute the tactics that will grow the imc Test and Measurement business
  • Build the annual marketing plan and budget
  • Close partnership and planning with the global sales leadership
  • Data-driven decision making and planning


  • Establish her(him)self as the face of the brand internally and externally
  • Develop two direct reports
  • Lead by example to inspire and influence others within the marketing group and across a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
  • Relentless pursuit of improvement and new ideas

Your Qualification:

  • 10+ years B2B marketing experience in a global company
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline
  • Brilliant cross-cultural communication and influencing skills
  • People and budget management
  • Working knowledge of Digital Marketing, including search, social, and nurturing journeys
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual English and German
  • Occasional travel, 5%-10%
