Fee as a percentage of the total annual compensation after successful placement. Percentage depends on the scope of the required service. This option is suitable for hiring several candidates for the same function and for regular placements at similar positions. With a guaranteed placement contract we expect exclusivity and a communication flat fee to be paid in advance. This contract type does not cover recruitments of executives and prominent specialists.
PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT
Hourly fees or daily rate, depending on the amount of services rendered. This is a good choice if both parties are entering new territory with an innovative project where staffing needs may change over time or there is a risk of project being shut down.
