Head of Technical Service Operation Center (TSOC) EMEA – f/m/d
Your tasks
- Management of the Technical Training Center as well as the Technical Service Depot Operation
- Organization and provision of Second Level Support for the EMEA field service
- Active support and control of the process management
- Management of the spare parts distribution
Your profile
- BSc in science/engineering or comparable education with strong technical background
- At least 10 years of field service experience, including 5 years in a management position with service operations and technical service experience
- Very good knowledge of international standards in the regulated environment of medical technology regarding processes, requirements, quality, manufacturing and sales)
- Strong analytical as well as problem solving skills and the ability to focus on both details and fast execution
- Strong communication skills across all levels and stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
